大庆致密油藏水平井高性能水基钻井液优化与应用

Optimization and Application of High Performance Water-Based Drilling Fluid for Horizontal Wells in Daqing Tight Oil Reservoir

  • 摘要: 针对大庆油田致密油藏长水平段水平井钻井过程中常发生剥落掉块和卡钻等问题,对前期研制的高性能水基钻井液进行了性能优化,采用自主合成的高效聚胺抑制剂,结合聚合醇和无机盐的多元抑制作用提高其抑制性;利用聚合醇的"浊点"效应和纳米乳液封堵剂的双重封堵作用提高其封堵能力;采用合成的环保型液体润滑剂,结合固体乳化剂提高其润滑性。优化后高性能水基钻井液的泥页岩滚动回收率大于95%,能封堵宽度不大于100 μm的微裂缝,极压润滑系数小于0.12。大庆油田50余口致密油水平井应用了优化后的高性能水基钻井液,平均井径扩大率小于10%,钻井周期平均缩短3.0 d以上,最长水平段达到2 033.50 m。研究结果表明,优化后的高性能水基钻井液能够满足大庆致密油藏的钻井需求,可为非常规致密油藏高效开发提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: In view of spalling off,sticking and other complicated problems which occurred when drilling a long horizontal section in tight oil reservoir of the Daqing Oilfield,we conducted optimization operations for the properties of the previously used high performance water-based drilling fluid.We also adopted an auto-synthesis effective polyamine inhibitor,combined with the multiple inhibition effects of polymeric alcohols and inorganic salts to enhance the inhibition performance of the drilling fluid system.The "cloud point" effect of polymeric alcohols and the double plugging effect of nanometer emulsion plugging agents were used to improve the plugging ability of the system.The synthetic environmental-friendly liquid lubricant and solid emulsifier were used to improve the lubricity of the system.After optimization of the high-performance water-based drilling fluid,the shale rolling recovery rate was higher than 95%.Further,the micro-crack plugging width was no more than 100 μm,and extreme pressure lubrication coefficient was lower than 0.12.This new,optimized high-performance water-based drilling fluid was applied in over 50 horizontal wells in tight oil reservoir of the Daqing Oilfield.As demonstrated by the application results,the average expansion rate of hole diameter was lower than 10%,the drilling cycle was shortened by more than 3.0 d,and the longest horizontal section was 2 033.50 m.The study results demonstrated that the optimized high-performance water-based drilling fluid could meet the drilling requirements of the Daqing tight oil reservoir.Further,the results could provide a technical foundation for the efficient development of unconventional tight oil reservoir.
