海上油田采油技术创新实践及发展方向

Innovation Practice and Prospect of Oil Production Technology in Offshore Oilfield

  • 摘要: 海上油田以大位移井和水平井开发为主,具有“少井高产、高采油速度”的特点,已建立了高效的采油技术体系。综述了海上油田采油技术的发展历程,系统介绍了包括大液量油井电动潜油泵举升技术、低液量油井举升技术、高含气油井举升技术、特殊工况举升技术体系和同井注采技术在内的多项关键技术。同时,指出了海上油田采油技术面临的技术难题不断增大、智能化水平有待提升、继续降低成本等挑战。为应对这些挑战,提出了“一体化、差异化、智能化、低碳化、科学化”5个发展方向,旨在为海上油田采油技术的扩大应用及技术创新提供借鉴和参考。

     

    Abstract: Oil production technology is the core technology of oil and gas development., is the key point to ensure the recovery of oil and gas wells and improve the quality and efficiency of oil field production, and plays a decisive role in improving the efficiency of oil field development. The production wells in offshore oil fields are mainly developed by extended reach wells and horizontal wells, which have the technical development characteristics of "few wells, high production rate and high oil recovery rate", and a high-quality, high-speed and efficient offshore oil field production technology system has been built. This paper summarizes the development history of oil production technology in offshore oil fields, systematically introduced the electric pump lifting technology for large liquid oil wells, the lifting technology for low liquid oil wells, the lifting technology for high gas bearing oil wells, the lifting technology system under special working conditions, and the same well injection and production technology, and puts forward that the iterative upgrading of oil production technology is facing severe challenges such as increasing technical difficulties, improving the level of intelligence, and continuing to reduce costs. In combination with the technical requirements and challenges of offshore oilfield oil production technology, five technical development directions of "integration, differentiation, intelligence, low-carbon and scientific" are proposed to provide reference and reference for the expanded application and technical innovation of offshore oilfield oil production technology.
