Anti-Water Lock Optimization of KCl Polymer Drilling Fluid

  • 摘要: 为了能够在低孔低渗储层中应用KCl聚合物钻井液进行钻井,研究了其防水锁性能。在探讨水锁损害机理的基础上,提出了防水锁损害的技术对策,通过向KCl聚合物钻井液中加入防水锁剂FCS和油膜暂堵剂GPJ,提高该钻井液的防水锁性能,并对其防水锁效果进行了评价。岩心自吸试验表明,岩心的钻井液滤液饱和度由76.24%降至35.41%,钻井液的防水锁性能大大提高。钻井液体系优化后,钻井液滤液对岩心的侵入量和深度都明显降低,返排能力增强,岩心动态污染渗透率恢复率达到90%以上。研究表明,该提高钻井液防水锁性能的方法可行,拓宽了KCl聚合物钻井液在低孔低渗储层中的应用。
    Abstract: In order to apply KCl polymer drilling fluid system to low porosity-low permeability reservoirs better,its anti-water lock performance was studied. Based on the research of water locking damage mechanism and anti-water lock technical countermeasures,such as adding anti-water lock agent FCS and oil-film temporary plugging agent GPJ to optimize KCl polymer drilling fluid system,were put forward,and their anti-water lock effects were evaluated. Core spontaneous imbibition test showed drilling fluid filtrate saturation decreased from 76.24% to 35.41%,suggesting great improvement in the anti-water lock performance of the drilling fluid. At the same time,the depth and amount of drilling fluid filtrate reduced significantly;flowback capacity increased greatly;the permeability recovery rate tested by the core dynamic pollution reached over 90% after the optimization of the drilling fluid. The method to improve the anti-water lock performance of drilling fluid was practical,which extended the application scope of KCl polymer drilling fluid system to low porosity-low permeability reservoirs.
