Selection of PDC Bit by Using Improved Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

  • 摘要: 为了克服传统模糊综合评判法优选PDC钻头时主观性强和信息易漏失的缺点,对传统模糊综合评判法进行了改进。改进后的综合评判法采用层次分析法计算权重集,克服了原始权重集确定过程中主观性过强的缺陷;采用加权法进行模糊运算时,全面、综合地考虑了所有评价因素的影响。对大港油田某区块的PDC钻头进行了优选,进尺最长和平均机械钻速最快钻头的隶属度均小于综合考虑各影响因素之后钻头的隶属度,说明优选PDC钻头时不能仅凭进尺和钻速确定,而要综合考虑所有因素。现场应用表明,改进后的模糊综合评判法具有较高的可行性,优选出的PDC钻头地层适应性更好。
    Abstract: In order to overcome the disadvantage of strong subjectivity and possible information loss by the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to optimize PDC bits,this paper advanced the improved comprehensive evaluation method.Using analytic hierarchy process to calculate weight set to overcome the defect of strong subjective factors in original method to determine weight set,the method adopts weighted method for fuzzy operation,taking the effects of all factors into comprehensive consideration.With this improved method,the PDC bits for a block in Dagang Oilfield were selected,the membership degree of the bit which has the longest drilling footage and highest penetration rate is less than that of bits which consider the various factors comprehensively,indicating that in optimization of PDC bits,all factors,rather than the footage and penetration rate alone,should be considered comprehensively.Field application showed that the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method had high feasibility,and the PDC bits selected by it had high adaptability to formation.
