The Effect Analysis of Shut-in Coning Control

  • 摘要: 底水锥进是底水油藏在开发过程中遇到的主要问题,关井压锥是现场普遍采用的抑制底水锥进的方法之一。为了指导关井压锥措施在现场的应用,以获得更高的经济效益,采用机理分析、理论计算和数值模拟等方法,对影响关井压锥措施效果的因素及其有效性进行了分析评价。定义了一个评价关井压锥措施效果的无因次参数——增产系数,该系数与数值模拟结果相结合评价关井压锥效果更准确。研究结果表明:关井压锥措施起到了增油效果,压锥效果与关井时间长短及关井时的含水率有关,关井时间越长、关井时的含水率越高,增油量越低,但增加的油量比关井阶段损失的油量小,即油井总体上表现为累计产油量降低。关井压锥在渤海底水油藏的现场应用效果分析,进一步验证了理论和数值模拟研究的结果。因此,建议在开发底水油藏时慎用关井压锥措施来解决底水锥进带来的不利影响。
    Abstract: Bottom water coning is the main problem in reservoir development with bottom water,and shut-in coning control is widely used.To guide on-site shut-in coning control and achieve maximum economic profit,analysis and evaluation of the influencing factors and effectiveness of the shut-in coning control are done in this paper through mechanism analysis,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,etc.In addition,the paper defines the simulation factor,a dimensionless parameter to evaluate the effect of shut-in coning control method and this factor can make the effect evaluation with the above method more accurate.The research shows that shut-in coning control played a role in increasing oil production;the coning control effect is related to the duration of shut-in and water cut,and the incremental oil would be lower with longer shut-in and higher water cut.However,due to the fact incremental oil is less than the oil lost during the shut-in stage,the well shows a decrease of cumulative oil production.The effect analysis of field applications in the Bohai bottom water reservoir verifies the theoretical and numerical simulation results.Therefore,it is suggested that shut-in coning control method should be used with caution during the development of the bottom water reservoir to overcome the adverse effect by the bottom water coning.
