井下钻柱减振增压装置工作原理及提速效果分析

摘要: 为了进一步提高深部地层钻井速度,基于直井钻进过程中底部钻柱振动特性的研究成果和有效利用直井底部钻柱纵向振动能量实现钻井液增压的思路,研制出了JZZY-1型井下钻柱减振增压装置。该装置工作时,能将钻柱振动能量转化为钻井液的压能,使钻井液增压并通过钻头上的特制喷嘴产生超高压射流,从而实现既减小钻柱纵向振动,又提高钻井液喷射压力来辅助破岩的目的。胜利油田3口井的现场试验结果表明,该装置能够大幅度提高钻井速度,不但结构可靠、工作稳定,工作寿命能够满足现场应用的要求,而且其减振效果优越。这表明利用钻柱纵向振动来实现井下钻井液增压是可行的,应对该增压装置进行深入研究,以满足深井超深井安全高效钻井的需求。Abstract: It is known that ultra-high pressure water jet can effectively assist breaking downhole rocks and increase rate of penetration in drilling.Based on the research on drill string vibration performance in vertical well drilling,a JZZY-1 type downhole drill string absorption hydraulic supercharging device that can transform drill string vibration energy to drilling fluid pressure energy has been developed.A specially-made nozzle has been installed on the bit to create ultra-high pressure jet.The device reduces the axial vibration of the drill string and enhances the drilling fluid jetting velocity.Field test in 3 wells of Shengli Oilfield showed that the device can significantly increase drilling speed and effectively reduce the axial vibration of drill string with reliable performance,which also proves that it is feasible to increase the drilling fluid pressure energy by drill string axial vibration.This device deserves further investigation to meet the demand of safe and efficient drilling for deep wells.
