抽油机井井下压力无线实时监测装置的研制与试验

Development and test of a wireless real-time downhole pressure monitoring device for pumping unit wells

  • 摘要: 井下压力测试是油田动态监测的核心技术手段。针对抽油机井井下压力、温度等参数实时监测的工程需求,以及传统监测技术测试周期长、数据滞后、作业成本高、无法实时采集、施工风险大等问题,进行了井下无线传输机理研究,研发了传输距离远、抗干扰能力强的无线传输系统,配套研制了井下采集发射装置、地面接收设备与数据解释处理软件,形成了抽油机井井下压力无线实时监测装置。在室内模拟评价基础上,该装置进行了3井次的现场试验,最大有效传输深度达1 690 m;与存储式压力计监测结果对比,无线实时监测数据的符合率可达 90%,井下仪器连续工作时长超 360 d。该装置实现了井下压力等动态参数无线信号的“发得出、传得远、收得到”,满足了油藏动态监测技术指标,为油井精细化监控与井筒高效管理提供了新的技术途径。

     

    Abstract: Oil well pressure test is an important work of dynamic monitoring of oilfields. In view of the urgent need for real-time monitoring of key such as downhole pressure and temperature of pumping unit wells and the problems of long cycle, data lag, high cost, inability to monitor in real time and high risk of traditional monitoring, the research on the mechanism of downhole wireless transmission has been carried out, and the wireless transmission system with long transmission distance and strong anti-interference ability has been developed The data receiving and collecting device and processing and interpretation system have been developed. The technology of downhole pressure wireless monitoring for pumping unit oil wells has been formed. Based on the indoor evaluation, the field test has been carried out for 3 times. The maximum effective transmission depth has reached 1690m. Compared with the storage pressure gauge, theity of wireless monitoring data is as high as 90%. The downhole instrument has been working continuously for more than 360 days, which has realized the wireless data of downhole pressure and other parameters "sent, transmitted far and received". It meets the technical requirements of reservoir dynamic monitoring and provides new means for fine monitoring of oil wells efficient management of wellbores.
