高温高压随钻震击器震击力采集短节研制与性能验证

Development and Performance Verification of a High-Temperature High-Pressure Impact Force Acquisition Sub for Drilling Jar

  • 摘要: 针对深井及超深井震击解卡作业中难以准确评价随钻震击器瞬时震击力及其解卡效果的问题,以ϕ121.0 mm随钻震击器为例,研制了一种适用于超深井高温高压环境的震击力采集短节。该短节主要包括电阻应变片、集成电路板、电池组件、减震装置、温度传感器和压力传感器,采用电阻应变片作为测量敏感元件,总长1 100.0 mm,外径127.0 mm,额定工作温度150 ℃,抗压强度75 MPa;服役过程中,该短节可通过温度、压力及加速度传感器的协同触发,自动切换高低频采集模式,从而满足长时间井下作业环境的震击力采集需求。通过有限元强度校核、模拟井实验及地面台架测试,验证了其在高温高压工况下的强度可靠性、密封完整性和采集稳定性。震击力采集短节能够准确捕捉震击解卡过程中钻柱轴向载荷的波动,为随钻震击器震击性能的定量评价提供了直接、可靠的测量手段。

     

    Abstract: To address the difficulty in accurately evaluating the instantaneous impact force magnitude and unsticking effectiveness of drilling jars during jarring and unsticking operations in deep and ultra-deep wells, an impact force acquisition sub suitable for high-temperature high-pressure environments in ultra-deep wells was developed with a ϕ121.0 mm drilling jar as an example. Its main functional components included resistance strain gauges, an integrated circuit board, a battery component, a shock-absorbing device, a temperature sensor, and a pressure sensor. The sub has a total length of 1 100.0 mm, an outer diameter of 127.0 mm, a rated operating temperature of 150 °C, and a compressive strength of 75 MPa, with resistance strain gauges employed as the sensing elements. During service, the sub can automatically switch between high- and low-frequency acquisition modes through the coordinated triggering of temperature, pressure, and acceleration sensors, thereby meeting the impact force acquisition requirements in long-term downhole operating environments. Through finite element strength check, simulated well tests, and surface bench tests, the strength reliability, sealing integrity, and acquisition stability of the sub under high-temperature high-pressure conditions were validated. It can accurately capture axial load fluctuations in the drill string during jarring and unsticking, providing a direct and reliable measurement means for quantitatively evaluating the jarring performance of drilling jars.
