中国海油“十四五”石油工程技术进展与发展建议

Technological Advances and Development Suggestions for CNOOC’s Petroleum Engineering During the“14th Five-Year Plan”Period

  • 摘要: “十四五”期间,中国海油立足科技自主创新,通过理论研究及关键技术攻关,形成了深水复杂油气田钻完井、深部硬地层裸眼侧钻分支井、海上井震融合工程地质风险识别、海上钻井数字化与智能化等关键技术,研发了国产化深水水下生产系统、智能钻井井下工程参数实时测量工具、深水电液复合智能完井工具、双作业面钻机等工具与装备,有力推动了中国海洋石油工业的高质量发展。随着油气勘探开发向更深水域、更深地层推进,深水油气钻完井作业面临更大的技术挑战,中国海油将聚焦深水、超深水领域进行科技攻关与高效勘探开发,在石油工程技术领域实现系统性突破与跨越式发展,积极推进绿色低碳转型,加速数字化、智能化建设,推动油气增储上产和高质量发展,为保障国家能源安全提供坚实支撑。

     

    Abstract: During the“14th Five-Year Plan”period, China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) focused on independent technological innovation. Through theoretical research and key technological breakthroughs, CNOOC successively broke through key technologies such as deepwater complex oil and gas field drilling and completion, open-hole sidetracking in deep and hard formations for multilateral wells, offshore well seismic fusion engineering geological risk identification, and digitalization and intellectualization of offshore drilling. CNOOC developed key equipment such as a localized deepwater underwater production system, a real-time measurement tool for intelligent downhole engineering parameters, a deepwater electro-hydraulic composite intelligent completion tool, and a dual-activity drilling rig, etc. They help to achieve high-quality development of China’s offshore oil industry. As oil and gas exploration and development move deeper into the water and deeper into the strata, deepwater oil and gas drilling and completion operations are facing greater technical challenges. CNOOC will focus on technological research and development in the deepwater and ultra-deepwater fields and achieve systematic breakthroughs and leapfrog development in petroleum engineering technology. It should actively promote green and low-carbon transformation, accelerate digital and intelligent construction, and promote oil and gas reserve increase, production expansion, and high-quality development, providing solid support for ensuring national energy security.
