压缩空气储能井钻完井关键技术研究

Key Drilling and Completion Technology of Compressed Air Energy Storage Power Station Demonstration Project

  • 摘要: 压缩空气储能井大尺寸井眼钻完井时存在钻完井工艺技术不成熟和套管完井的注采封隔器、注采气井口装置等特殊工具研究尚处于起步阶段等问题,且与常规油气井技术存在显著差异。为此,开展了钻头与扩眼器个性化设计、钻井参数和钻井液优化等大尺寸井眼快速钻井技术研究;进行了钻具组合力学分析、防疲劳破坏的钻具稳定性控制、套管安全下入与固井工艺优化、完井管柱密封性和环空密封性等关键技术研究,形成了压缩空气储能井大尺寸井眼钻完井关键技术,并进行了现场应用。现场应用表明,定制的钻头和扩眼器性能稳定,优选的钻具组合能实现安全快速钻井;完井管柱具有良好的密封性和稳定性,满足反复注采要求;研制的用于套管完井的注采封隔器、注采气井口装置均验封合格。研究结果为压缩空气储能电站示范工程建设提供了工程技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Due to the immaturity of drilling and completion technology for large boreholes in compressed air energy storage wells, research on special tools such as injection production packers and injection production wellhead devices for casing completion is still in its infancy. And there are significant differences compared to conventional oil and gas well technology. We have carried out personalized design of drill bits and expanders, optimization of drilling parameters and drilling fluids, and other large wellbore rapid drilling technologies. Mechanical analysis of drilling tool assembly and stability control of drilling tools to prevent fatigue damage, ensuring wellbore quality and safe construction. Research on key technologies such as safe casing insertion, optimization of cementing process, and sealing of completion tubing and annulus. The key technologies for drilling and completion of compressed air energy storage power stations have been developed. And applied on-site in 2 brine discharge wells and 8 injection production wells. The on-site application results show that: The selected drill bit and reamer have stable performance, and the selected drilling tool combination can achieve safe-fast drilling; Cementing technology has good sealing and stability, meeting the requirements of repeated injection and production; The developed injection production packer and injection production gas wellhead device for casing completion have passed the sealing inspection. Provided engineering and technical support for the construction of compressed air energy storage power station demonstration projects.
