智能钻井的井场−后方决策闭环设计与应用

Design and Application of Wellsite-Rear Decision-Making Closed-Loop for Intelligent Drilling

  • 摘要: 当前,钻井工程面临安全、经济和效率一系列挑战,如何集成探测、决策、控制等技术,通过数字化技术推进自动化与自主化的钻井决策,是智能钻井建设亟待攻克的难题。基于“全面感知、多源融合、智能决策、闭环控制”的设计思路,提出了智能钻井决策大闭环及井场−后方决策双闭环,阐述了融合井场与后方决策的数据闭环、算法融合、指令闭环等关键技术,为智能钻井分析决策提供了系统设计。基于上述设计搭建的钻井一体化分析决策平台,在丰页1−AHF井、丰页1−BHF井和丰页1−CHF井等多口井进行了应用,提高了机械钻速及风险诊断准确率,缩短了钻井周期,有效提升了优质储层钻遇率。研究表明,数据、算法与决策的闭环是智能钻井建设的核心,双闭环融合、算法智能化及全生命周期分析是推动自主化智能钻井发展的关键。

     

    Abstract: Currently, drilling engineering faces a series of challenges in safety, economy, and operational efficiency. The critical challenge that must be addressed in the development of intelligent drilling is how to integrate technologies such as detection, decision-making, and control to promote automated and autonomous drilling decision-making through digital technologies. Based on the design concept of “comprehensive perception, multi-source fusion, intelligent decision-making, and closed-loop control”, a large closed-loop for intelligent drilling decision-making and a dual closed-loop for wellsite-rear decision-making were proposed. The key technologies, such as data closed-loop, algorithm fusion, and instruction closed-loop, that integrated wellsite and rear decision-making were introduced, providing a system design for intelligent drilling analysis and decision-making. Based on the above system design, an integrated drilling analysis and decision-making platform for intelligent drilling was developed and applied in multiple wells such as Fengye 1-AHF, Fengye 1-BHF, and Fengye 1-CHF. The application results show that it has effectively improved the rate of penetration, accuracy of risk diagnosis, shortened the drilling cycle, and enhanced premium reservoir penetration rate. Research findings highlight that the closed-loop of data, algorithms, and decision-making forms the core of intelligent drilling development, and the dual closed-loop synergy, algorithm intelligence, and full-life-cycle analysis are the key drivers to promote the development of autonomous intelligent drilling.
