抗高温防塌水基钻井液体系研发与现场应用

Development and application of high temperature resistance and anti-sloughing water-based drilling fluid system

  • 摘要: 为解决常规水基钻井液防塌性能及抗温性能难以满足复杂深井勘探开发需要的难题,研制了表面水化抑制剂和纳米封堵剂,并通过其他处理剂优选和配比优化,形成了密度达 2.00 kg/L抗高温防塌水基钻井液体系。室内性能评价表明,该钻井液体系抗温达220 ℃,静置96 h后上、下部密度差仅为0.02 kg/L,抗岩屑污染3.0%以上,抗氯化钙污染0.6%以上,润滑性能与抑制性能稍差于油基钻井液,致密砂岩封堵率达到了85.6%。现场应用效果表明,该钻井液体系在高温深井中仍然保持良好的井眼净化能力,沉降稳定性好,井壁稳定性突出,润滑减阻性能优异。抗高温防塌水基钻井液体系为复杂地层深井超深井钻完井施工提供了技术保障。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem that conventional water-based drilling fluids could not meet the needs of complicated deep well during explorating and developing, based on the development of anti-high temperature surface hydration inhibitor and nano-plugging agent, the high temperature resistance and anti-sloughing water base drilling fluid system with density up to 2.0 kg/L was established through the optimization of other additives and their ratio. The mud had good temperature resistance(up to 220 ℃) and excellent contamination resistance(3.0% bentonite cuttings tolerance and 0.6% calcium tolerance ),whose density difference between up and down is only 0.02 kg/L after 96 hours, inhibition and lubrication performance was similar with oil-based drilling fluid, and plugging rate of tight sandstone was 85.6%.The field application result showed that the drilling fluid system still maintained good lithology-carrying property, prominent borehole stability and excellent lubrication and drag reduction performance in high temperature deep wells, which provided technical support for exploration and development of deep and ultra-deep wells in complex formations.
