Intelligent drilling Technique status and advices of Shengli Oilfield Service Corporation, Sinopec

  • 摘要: 随着深层和非常规油气资源开采需求的增加以及人口老龄化的影响,油气钻探面临高风险、高成本、低效率的问题。为了应对这些挑战,智能钻井技术成为行业发展的关键。首先概述了智能钻井的4个关键环节:数据采集、传输、决策和控制,并讨论了地面自动化装备、井下测量与控制工具以及信息化建设3个领域的技术探索情况。接着,提出了智能钻井的实施路线图,并对其关键技术进行了详细的讨论。最后,针对实施层面的挑战,提出了一系列建议,包括提高井下与地面的数据通讯能力、增强系统的融合度和业务逻辑的交叉融合、以及深入挖掘数据以提升理论研究的深度。笔者认为,智能化钻井技术的发展不仅需要技术上的突破,还需要对传统钻井理论的深入理解和创新。

     

    Abstract: Due to the increasing demand of deep and unconventional resources development and influence of aging population, high risk, high cost and low efficiency have become a major challenge for oil and gas drilling. It leads the new industrial production model of peopleless, automatic and intelligent to become the key of drilling industry advancement. Therefore, the research progress of intelligent drilling of Shengli Oilfield Service Corporation was summarized in this paper. And based on a technology outlook, the application challenges and research suggestions were also proposed.
