数字钻头技术现状与发展建议

Status and Development trend of Digital-Bit Technologies

  • 摘要: 由于传统钻具组合和动力钻具工作特性的限制,测量装置无法获取钻头位置处的真实数据,这导致了智能钻井在决策与控制层面存在风险。为了解决这一问题,国内外油服公司开发了多种数字钻头测量系统,这些数字钻头测量系统能够在不改变钻头结构的前提下,安装在钻头内部进行数据采集,为理论研究、钻井设计、钻井决策控制等提供了数据支持。为推动我国数字钻头的发展,对现有各类数字钻头进行了调研分析,讨论了数字钻头技术的现状、应用场景和发展趋势,并提出了发展建议。

     

    Abstract: Data is the foundation of all intelligence and optimization. Affected by mechanical structure of bottom hole assembly (BHA) and working characteristics of downhole motor, reliable data at bit position cannot be obtained by original measuring subs which are installed upstream of the screw. It leads to serious ambiguity and bias in data samples of basic theory research and intelligent model training. Application risks of intelligent decision and controlling are unpredictable. Therefore, digital bit, which can be installed in bit without any changes of BHA structure, was developed by oil company to provide the data foundation of theory research、ROP increment and decision optimization. In this paper, the technical state、application scenarios and development tendency are discussed.
