高钙镁油藏烷醇酰胺类表面活性剂及其复配体系驱油性能研究

Oil Displacement Performance of Alkanolamide Surfactants and its Compound System for High Calcium and Magnesium Reservoirs

  • 摘要: 针对常规表面活性剂用于高钙镁油藏普遍存在驱油效果不理想、稳定性差和成本较高等问题,合成了系列烷醇酰胺类表面活性剂,表征了其结构,评价了其表面活性,考察了温度、矿化度和钙镁离子质量浓度等对烷醇酰胺类表面活性剂与脂肪醇聚乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)复配体系驱油性能的影响。结果发现:合成的烷醇酰胺类表面活性剂具有较低的表面张力和临界胶束浓度;合成的十二酸二乙醇酰胺与AES质量比为4:1的复配体系可使油水界面张力降至3 μN/m,且该复配体系在高矿化度、高钙镁离子质量浓度和高温下依然具有较好的降低油水界面张力的性能。研究表明,十二酸二乙醇酰胺在提高高钙镁油藏的驱油效率方面具有良好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of poor oil displacement,poor stability and high cost of common surfactants applied in high calcium and magnesium reservoirs,alkanolamide surfactants were synthesized and modeled in the research.In addition,the compound of alkanolamide and AES in high calcium and magnesium reservoirs were investigated systematically,and the effect of temperature,salinity,calcium and magnesium ions concentration on its performance was also studied.Experimental results showed that the synthesized alkanolamide surfactants have low interfacial tension and critical micelle concentration,and diethanolamide laurate/AES (4:1) could decrease the oil-water interfacial tension to 3 μN/m,and performed well under high salinity,elevated calcium and magnesium ions concentration,and high temperature.The compound of alkanolamide and AES has a good application prospect in the flooding of high calcium and magnesium reservoirs.
