移动式振动固井装置的研制与现场试验

Development and Field Test of a Mobile Vibratory Cementing Device

  • 摘要: 针对俄罗斯移动式振动器启动困难和不能长时间工作的缺陷,通过研制井下振动器和简化压力平衡机构,根据力学分析优化振动器偏心块的结构,并配套地面电控系统,形成了适用ϕ139.7 mm套管的移动式振动固井装置。地面试验表明,移动式振动固井装置适用于井斜角不大于50°的井段,启动容易,可以长时间工作。在胜利油田营13-斜161井的现场试验表明,采用移动式振动固井装置进行振动固井井段的固井质量显著提高,与未采用振动固井的邻井相同井段相比,第一界面优质率和第二界面合格率分别平均提高17.5和45.0百分点。研究表明,自主研发的移动式振动固井装置克服了俄罗斯移动式振动器的缺陷,适用于井斜角不大于50°的井段,能够有效提升第一、二界面的胶结质量。

     

    Abstract: In order to overcome the problems of Russian mobile vibrators which include starting difficulties and limited running time,a set of mobile vibratory cementing devices suitable for ϕ139.7 mm casing was formed by optimizing the structures of eccentric blocks of vibrators based on mechanical analysis and matching surface electronic control system.They were formed after the development of downhole vibrators and simplification of pressure balance mechanism.Surface tests indicated that the mobile vibratory cementing device applicable to the well section with deviation angle less than 50° started easily and might work for a long time.Field tests indicated that the cementing quality of vibration cementing intervals were significantly improved by using the mobile vibratory cementing device for test wells.Compared with the same intervals in the adjacent wells without using vibration cementing,the high quality rate of the first interface and qualification rate of the second interface were improved by 17.5 and 45.0 per cent respectively.The research showed that self-developed mobile vibratory cementing device could overcome the defects of Russian mobile vibrators,and could be suitable for a domestic casing program and thus effectively improve the cementation quality of the first and second interfaces.
