Abstract:
To facilitate development of drilling fluid additives, it was necessary to analyze existing problems in the application, development and production of different types of drilling fluid treatment agents. The state of research was determined with respect to the application of for various synthetic polymers, synthetic resin sulfonate, starch,cellulose, lignin, humic acid, lipa, waste plastics, etc. in drilling fluids. The research also revealed development trends and directions for drilling fluid additives. The resulting analysis can provide useful guidance to the modification of natural materials, and the use of industrial byproducts, and further research and development of new, low-cost and environment-friendly drilling fluid additives with further research and development of new monomers, while also seeking new materials and structures.
