超高分子聚合物性能评价及微观结构研究

Performance Evaluation and Microstructure Study of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polymer

  • 摘要: 为了进一步提高聚合物驱的驱油效果,评价了相对分子质量在3 500万以上的超高分子聚合物的性能,并观察了超高分子聚合物溶液的结构。在70 ℃、矿化度11 200 mg/L的试验条件,利用安东帕流变仪评价了超高分子聚合物和常用聚合物的增黏性、耐温性、抗盐性、剪切流变性及黏弹性,采用物理模拟试验方法分析了2种聚合物的驱油效果,并通过冷冻蚀刻扫描电镜对比了常用聚合物与超高分子聚合物溶液的微观结构。结果表明,超高分子聚合物在水溶液中能够形成更致密的网络结构,相对于常用聚合物,它的增黏性和抗盐性高30%以上,耐温性高40%以上,威森伯格数是其2倍,采收率提高率高6.5%。研究表明,超高分子聚合物是一种性能更优的驱油剂,可以显著改善驱油效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve oil displacement efficiency by polymer flooding further,performance of polymer with relative molecular mass above 35 million was assessed,and the structure of ultra high molecular weight polymer solution was observed.Under test conditions of 70 ℃ and salinity of 11 200 mg/L,the viscosifying ability,temperature tolerance,salt tolerance,shear rheology and viscoelasticity of ultra high molecular weight were evaluated,and compared the performance of ultra high molecular weight polymer with that of common polymer.The displacement efficiency of two polymers was analyzed by using physical simulation experiment,and the microstructure of the two kinds of polymers was observed through CRYO-SEM.The results show that ultra high molecular weight polymer can form a more compacted network structure aqueous solution,its viscosifying and salt tolerance ability are 30% higher than that of common polymer,temperature tolerance 40% higher,burg number is twice that of the common polymer,oil recovery 6.5% higher than common polymer displacement.It has proved that ultra high molecular weight polymer is very good agent for displacement of oil.
