胜坨油田套损井分层注水及测调技术

Techniques of Layering Injection and the Measurement-Adjustment towards Wells with Casing Damage in Shengtuo Oilfield

  • 摘要: 为解决胜坨油田注水井因套损导致分层注水率降低的问题,结合胜坨油田套损注水井的实际情况,开展了过浅层贴堵段、封窜可洗井及小井眼井等分层注水技术研究。从井筒环境、生产参数、作业施工等方面综合分析,采用模拟等方法优化设计、优选材料、提高分层注水工具性能,研制适合不同井况的分层注水工具,研究配套小井眼注水井测调技术,形成了套损井分层注水系列技术。胜坨油田59口套损注水井应用了该系列分层注水技术,注水层段增加了65个,水驱控制储量恢复了477.9×104 t,实现了套损注水井的多级分层注水,提高了胜坨油田注水开发的效益,为水驱油藏的效益开发提供了经验。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the decreasing of layering water injection rate of wells due to their casing damage in Shengtuo Oilfield, techniques of layering injection for patching and plugging section, sealing channeling in washable well and wells with slim hole have been studied. According to comprehensive analysis of wellbore environment, production parameters and operation, layering water injection tools suitable for different well conditions were developed and the measurement–adjustment techniques for water injection wells with slim hole were studied by simulation as well as other methods in the design and materials optimization, and tool performance improvement. A series of techniques for layering water injection of wells in complex well conditions was thereby formed. These layering water injection techniques have been applied in 59 wells with casing damage in Shengtuo oilfield with 65 water injection intervals increased, and water-drive controlling reserves of 477.9×104 t recovered. Through the application of these techniques, multi-stage layering injection was realized. The research results could improve the benefit of water injection development in Shengtuo oilfield and provide reference in the commercial development of water flooding reservoir.
