废弃钻井液固液分离—化学处理技术在长北气田的应用

The Application of Solid Liquid Separation-Chemistry Processing Technology for Waste Drilling Fluid in the Changbei Gas Field

  • 摘要: 为了解决废弃钻井液中有毒有害组分含量高导致的严重污染环境和损害人体健康等问题,从减少有毒有害组分和降低其含量出发,将初级固液分离、深度固液分离和化学处理技术结合,形成了废弃钻井液固液分离—化学处理技术。长北气田5口井的现场试验结果表明,试验井的废弃钻井液经过固液分离—化学处理后,钻井液污水、岩屑和泥饼浸出液的各项指标均满足相关排放标准,能够达标排放或循环利用,且处理成本低于常规的固化-净化法。研究结果表明,废弃钻井液固液分离—化学处理技术能够实现废弃钻井液的有效处理。

     

    Abstract: Toxicand harmful chemical components in waste drilling fluids may cause severe environmental pollution and physical injuries.To reduce the quantity of such toxic materials and to minimize concentrations of these materials,preliminary solid/liquid separation,deep solid/liquid separation and chemical processing techniques were combined to establish integral solid/liquid separation-chemistry processing technology.Field application results obtained in 5 wells of Changbei Gas Field showed that upon processing of waste drilling fluids by using the innovative separation technology,sewage contents,cuttings,mud cake leachates and all other indexes could meet the requirements specified in relevant emission standards.The processed waste fluids could be discharged or reused as required,and the cost was lower than the conventional solidification-purification technologies.Research results showed the proposed integral solid/liquid separation-chemistry processing technology could effectively process waste drilling fluids.
