利用岩心资料确定低渗透气藏产气界面的新方法

New Technique in the Identification of Water-Gas Interface in Low Permeability Gas Reservoirs from Core Data

  • 摘要: 低渗透气藏的产气界面对于井位部署和射孔层位优化非常重要,但常用产气界面计算方法忽略了气水过渡带的影响并存在较多的限制条件。根据4个低渗透气田729块岩心的试验数据,建立了束缚水饱和度计算模型,12口井的测井解释结果表明该模型能够准确判断产出流体类型;根据岩心渗透率对202块岩心毛细管压力曲线进行分类和归一化处理,得到了气柱高度与毛细管压力、含气饱和度的计算关系式,建立了产气界面深度的计算模型。应用该模型对A气田2口探井的S层产气界面进行了计算,计算结果与实际实施井一致,证明该计算模型的计算结果准确可靠。研究表明,利用岩心资料可以准确确定低渗透气藏的产气界面,从而指导井位部署和射孔优化。

     

    Abstract: The accurate determination of gas-production interface is crucial in the well location and perforation interval selection. With some preconditions, the conventional techniques used in determination of the interface neglect the effect of the gas-water transition zone. In this paper, a model to calculate irreducible water saturation from tested data of 729 core samples of four low-permeability gas fields was built. Logging data interpretation results from 12 wells showed that the new model could accurately determine the produced fluid type. Through classification and normalization of capillary forces in accordance with core permeability of 202 samples, correlation among heights of gas column, capillary forces and gas saturation can be constructed. The model then was used in calculation of gas production interface in formation S of A Gas Field in 2 exploration wells. The interface predicted from the model was then confirmed in practice and accuracy of the calculation model was also verified. Research results dsmonstrate that gas-production interface in low-permeability gas reservoirs can be determined accurately by using core data to optimize well location and perforation interval.
