两性离子聚合物HRH钻井液在临盘油田的应用

Applications of Zwitterionic Polymer HRH Drilling Fluid in Linpan Oilfield

  • 摘要: 临盘油田近些年油气井钻井多应用PAM钻井液,但该钻井液在使用中存在抑制能力不足、钻井液性能稳定时间短、防塌效果有限、使用成本较高等问题。为此,在借鉴国内外先进技术的基础上,引进了较为先进的两性离子聚合物HRH,通过溶解试验、絮凝试验、抑制性和配伍性试验对其进行了评价,优化了原有钻井液配方,研制出一种两性离子聚合物HRH钻井液。室内试验表明,该钻井液流变性能稳定,动塑比保持在0.5左右,耐温能力达150 ℃以上,抑制性优于PAM钻井液,其岩心渗透率恢复率高达90%以上,且与润滑剂复配后泥饼黏附系数小于0.1。在临盘油田295口井的现场应用表明,该钻井液的流变性、滤失性、润滑性和抑制性等均优于PAM钻井液,平均井径扩大率控制在10%以内,井下故障率由2.57%降至1.64%,平均机械钻速由20.58 m/h提高至23.02 m/h,具有良好的经济效益。由此可知,两性离子聚合物HRH钻井液能解决PAM钻井液所存在的问题,在临盘油田具有推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: PAM drilling fluid has been commonly used in Linpan Oilfield in recent years,but this drilling fluid has shortcomings such as poor inhibition,short stable time,limited anti-sloughing property and higher cost,etc.In order to solve these problems,the advanced zwitterionic polymer HRH has been introduced based on the advanced techniques at home and abroad.The formula of the drilling fluid was optimized through solubility,flocculation,inhibition and compatibility test on HRH.The laboratory tests showed that the drilling fluid had good rheological property,with the ratio of yield value to plastic viscosity at around 0.5,temperature resistance of above 150 ℃,better inhibition than PAM drilling fluid,and the core permeability recovery rate of over 90%.When it was combined with lubricant,the mud cake adhesion coefficient could be lowered to less than 0.1.The HRH drilling fluid has been used in 295 wells in Linpan Oilfield,the results showed that the rheological property,filtration,lubrication and inhibition of the HRH drilling fluid were all better than that of PAM drilling fluid.After using the HRH drilling fluid,the average hole diameter enlargement ratio was kept under 10%,the downhole complex accidents was reduced from 2.57% to 1.64%,the penetration rate increased from 20.58 m/h to 23.02 m/h,which together resulted in good economic benefits.Thus it could be seen this drilling fluid which could solve all the problems of PAM drilling fluid,should be popularized in Linpan Oilfield.
