一趟管柱分层射孔试油联作技术

The Technology of Integrated Layered Perforation and Formation Testing in One Trip

  • 摘要: 为了实现一趟管柱对多个层位分别进行移位射孔、试油,或利用一趟管柱对同一层位进行二次射孔、试油,研究试验了一趟管柱分层射孔-试油联作技术。该技术的核心是在射孔管柱上加装泄压装置、两级减震装置,并将二级起爆装置的起爆方式由原来的常规投棒机械点火改变为投棒电起爆;同时,采用射孔管柱与APR全通径测试器串联并顺序下井的联作模式进行试油。将泄压装置和减震装置安装于射孔管柱,解决了射孔起爆时产生的高压和强烈震动对枪串二级起爆装置的冲击,电起爆的起爆形式使二次起爆更有保障。该联作技术在3口试验井进行了试验应用,施工均一次性成功,射孔发射率100%,试油结果与测井解释结果相符,油层投产顺利。现场试验表明,该技术简化了下井工具和井口装置,操作简便,可使井下作业及射孔成本降低27%;提高了分层测试的准确性,缩短了试油周期,试油成功率提高37%。

     

    Abstract: In order to achieve perforation and formation testing at in multiple layers,or to do perforation and formation testing at in the same layer twice in one trip run,a string combining layered perforation and formation testing functions has been developed.Its core idea is to add a pressure relief device,two levels of shock absorbing device to the conventional perforation string,and to change the secondary initiation method from conventional mechanical ignition to electric initiation.In addition,the combined operation mode with perforating string connected inseries and APR full size tester was adopted.The pressure relief device and shock absorbing device in perforating string has solved the problem perforation at the exit of detonation pressure and strong vibration impact to secondary blasting gun string device and electric initiationg ensures blast reliabilitying.The application of the combined string in 3 wells was successful,with perforating emission rate of 100%,and testing results were consistent with well logging interpretation,then reservoir was brought into production.The application showed this technology with simplified downhole tools and wellhead unit,could make field operation easier,and lower the cost of downhole operation and perforation by 27%;enhance the accuracy of layered formation test and shorten the testing cycle,and improve success rate of formation testing by 37%.
