高温高压凝析气井全过程欠平衡设计

Total UBO Design of HPHT Gas-Condensate Well

  • 摘要: 针对高温高压凝析气井钻井过程中的储层伤害问题,在对国内外最新设计方法综合研究分析的基础上,开展了室内试验和软件模拟,提出了一种新的全过程欠平衡设计方法。该方法综合分析了井控安全、井壁稳定性、储层凝析气反凝析发生的油锁伤害和毛细管力引起的水锁伤害等因素。同时,在计算水力参数时考虑了温度和压力对钻井液密度和黏度的影响。为了保证在钻进、起下钻和接单根整个钻井过程中井底一直处于欠平衡状态,配套安装了旋转防喷器、井下套管阀等工具和设备,优化了施工工艺。采用该方法对沙特B-0008井进行了详细的设计分析。该设计方法既能保证井下安全,又能避免储层伤害,提高了探井发现油气的成功率。

     

    Abstract: The article aims at the reservoir damage problem of the drilling operation of HPHT gas-condensate well.Based on analysis of the newest design method at home and abroad,laboratory test and software simulation,a new design method of underbalanced drilling had been put forward.The method analyzed such factors as well control safety,borehole stability,oil locking damage of condensate gas reservoir of retrograde condensate and water locking damage due to capillary suction comprehensively,at the same time,it considered the effects of temperature and pressure on drilling fluid density and viscosity in hydraulic parameter calculation.In order to ensure bottom hole pressure in underbalanced condition in the whole process of drilling,tripping and making a connection,matching RBOP and DDV were installed,technical measures optimized.Design analysis was conducted in detail,taking Well B-0008 in B Block of Saudi as example,the design method could not only ensure downhole safety,but also could avoid reservoir damage,improving the success rate of oil and gas discovery in exploration wells.
