莺歌海盆地东方13-1气田高温高压尾管固井技术

HTHP Liner Cementing Techniques in the Dongfang 13-1 Gas Field in the Yinggehai Basin

  • 摘要: 为解决莺歌海盆地东方13-1气田小井眼尾管固井时存在的气窜和CO2腐蚀问题,研发了高密度高效清洗液和新型抗高温高密度水泥浆,并采用旋转尾管固井工艺,形成了高温高压气井尾管固井技术。抗高温高密度水泥浆配方中引入了胶乳颗粒、非渗透剂、超细填充颗粒及膨胀剂,有效改善了水泥浆的非渗透性和抗CO2腐蚀性,并采用颗粒级配技术提高了其稳定性。室内试验表明,密度2.20 g/cm3的水泥浆可抗160℃高温,24 h抗压强度为15.1 MPa,防气窜系数为0.59。该固井技术在南海东方13-1气田6口开发井固井中进行了现场应用,水泥胶结测井结果表明,高压气层及重叠段固井质量优良率100%,生产期间气井井口无异常带压情况,应用效果良好。研究与应用表明,高温高压气井尾管固井技术能够满足莺歌海盆地东方13-1气田高温高压开发井尾管固井的需求。

     

    Abstract: Technical challenges related to gas channeling and CO2 corrosion were encountered in liner cementing operations in slime holes in the Dongfang 13-1 Gas Field of the Yinggehai Basin. To eliminate these problems, high density and high efficiency flushing fluids and innovative temperature-resistance high density cement slurry systems were developed to cope with rotating liner cementing techniques for liner cementing in HTHP wells. With the deployment of latex particles, non-penetrating agents, ultra-fine filling particles and expansion agents in the temperature-resistant high density cement, impermeability and resistance to CO2 of cement slurry could be enhanced significantly. In addition, proper grading of particles would dramatically enhance the stability of the cement slurry system. Experimental results showed that the cement slurry with a density of 2.20 g/cm3 could endure high temperatures up to 160℃ with a compressive strength of 15.1 MPa in 24 hours and anti-gas channeling factor of 0.59. The newly developed cementing techniques have been applied in 6 wells in the Dongfang 13-1 Gas Field in the South China Sea. Logging data showed cementing operations in high-pressure gas formations and in overlapping intervals were fully qualified with no abnormal pressures observed at the wellhead during production. Research results and application performances demonstrated that the newly developed liner cementing techniques for HTHP gas wells could meet operational requirements in the Dongfang 13-1 Gas Field.
